“Why couldn’t we drive it out?” “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer.” Mark 9:28-2
It will take prayer and fasting to stop the revolutionary process. You can have a huge impact by praying a rosary daily for this issue and, if you are near Jefferson City, making regular pilgrimages to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. It is located next to the Chancery (Alphonse J. Schwartze Catholic Center) which is directly behind the Cathedral at 2215 W. Main Street Jefferson City, MO 65109. Go early and go often.
On Friday the 13th at 12:05PM there will be a pilgrimage to the Fatima Shrine next to the Chancery. Please attend. There are many parking spaces in Memorial Park across the street. See the map below for locations.
Friday, October 13th 2017 is a major anniversary for the Church in that it is a major anniversary of the times the secular world began oppressing the Church in various ways. Our Lady chose an appropriate date when she appeared on October 13th, 1917 to warn the world.
At dawn on Friday, 13 October 1307 King Philip IV ordered de Molay and scores of other French Knights Templar to be simultaneously arrested. This led to the dissolution of the order.
On October 31, 1517 Martin Luther published his 95 theses. This led to the division of Christendom and also secular powers stealing all Church property in England and a substantial amount in the German speaking countries.
The watershed moment for Freemasonry was the formation of the first Grand Lodge in London in 1717. Regardless of what else may or may not be true about Masonry it violates the principle of non-contradiction and has been a hidden and consistent enemy of the Catholic Church.
Thus concludes around 700 years of public decline, humiliation, and defeat for the Church. Now the battle is with a false church which is like a virus inside the Church, infecting most especially the clerics. But as St. Paul said, “When I am weak I am strong.” The false Church is rotten from the inside, has lost most of the goodwill and support it traded on, and will go the way of the French Monarchy and Communism. So when major scandal erupts it’s the end of the corruption and the beginning of a new era, if you can hold on and not lose heart.
